  • Pay one month fee within 2 days and get started

Payment schedule for tutors

  • The first Payment will be 50% of the total monthly fees agreed upon and will made after completion of one month.
  • No advance payment will be done.
  • No tutor can collect the payments directly from the client.
  • If a tutor is found to collect payment directly without due permission, the tutor has to pay a penalty charge of 10 times the fee with a legal notice and shall be terminated with immidiately effect . No further tuition will be allotted to such candidate henceforth.
  • A tutor has to give a notice of 15 days if he/she chooses to discontinue a tuition else no payment will be done for the tutor.

Payment schedule for Parents/Clients

  • No class shall commence till one month fee is not paid in advance.
  • Fees is to be paid in advance every month.
  • Tution will be considered confirmed from the date of payment of fees.
  • For ongoing classes , if the fees is not paid within 2 days, the classes will be put on hold.
  • If the client wants to discontinue with our services then a prior intimation of 15 days has to be given else 15 days fee plus company charges @50% of monthly fee in addition to tutor charges will be applicable failing which a legal notice will be served and the client shall be liable to pay 10 times the tuition fee.

Classes

  • The number of classes will be as per schedule discussed once the tutor is confirmed.
  • Only one trial class for one child will be provided with one tutor.
  • Festivals shall be treated as holidays.
  • An off taken for 1-2 days for medical emergency or death in family (blood relations only) shall be adjusted by tutors with mutual consent by extending class timings or by taking extra class on sundays.
  • In case of longer holidays only 2 classes will be re-scheduled, remaining period will be chargeable as per schedule.

The company will provide you new tutor. Your money is safe with company and is paid to the tutor on completion of month. We also help you to secure a refund if you are not satisfied with the tutor.
